Details: Tracey Gillespie, a Seabrook Island resident who loves to cook, has offered to prepare a wonderful lunch – you get to watch Tracey cook and then enjoy some fantastic food!
The menu is as follows:
Gazpacho with homemade croutons
Israeli couscous salad with shrimp on lettuce and crostini
Balsamic strawberry parfaits
Sweet and unsweet iced tea, water
